PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Hogan Lovells’ Huddle Room now offers a seamless meeting experience, powered by a custom-branded Crestron touch panel interface. This AV system was designed to make video conferencing and in-room collaboration easy for everyone. With just a tap, users can launch video calls, manage audio, and switch between multiple presentation sources—including the room PC, personal laptops, Apple TV, and Barco C-Share devices.

Both wired and wireless BYOD options are supported, so connecting is always straightforward. Clear audio and reliable video keep every participant engaged, whether they’re in the room or joining remotely. The system also features guided shutdown prompts and instant access to AV support information, helping meetings run smoothly from start to finish.

The Crestron touch panel UI design is developed using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and runs on Cisco infrastructure. To support technology adoption, an online instructional video is available, guiding users through every feature and making it easy to get comfortable with the new setup. This solution combines intuitive design with robust functionality, creating a space where collaboration comes naturally and every meeting is set up for success.
