Objectives

Task: Expanding Client-Base Services
Method:
Digital and Video: Responsive microsite with CQ5 platform integration
Goal: Enhancing customer satisfaction by improving usability and by providing a new interaction between the customer and the product information.

What I Did

  • Art Direction, Visual Design & UX & UI
  • Branding
  • Optimization
  • Tracking & User Analysis
  • Project Management and Web Development
  • Fostering Client & Stakeholder Relationship

The Challenge

To leverage emerging standards of behavior patterns while retrofitting to new rebrand design, brand font usage, platform-to-support team, exposure to social media.

ROLE: Built and analyzing competitive and comparative sites. Helped create interactive research reports, storyboarding for 2D info-graphic animations to build client engagement. Communicated with developers to understand the technical constraints of the interactive website.

DELIVERED: Interview takeaways, comparative analysis or other competitive company, personas, user journeys, wireframes, clickable prototype.

The Context & Mission

TASK & RESEARCH:

  • Analyzed features, layouts, and digital materials.
  • Meet with the user focus group, low fidelity prototype.
  • Received in-depth responses from users
  • Conducted usability testing of the existing prototype.
  • Suggested the infinite scroll feature, with contextual clues such as animating graphics to load on the page. Allowing the user awareness for any unseen content still waiting to load.
  • Provided a sense of control, lower header menu for adding pagination with sound clicks to keep a mental location of the content.
  • Area to interest SEO

The Solution

UX DESIGN APPROACH:

To build the UBS brand voice by reaching out to financial advisors and ultra-high net worth clients through online media engagement that fits all demographics/generations.

  • Non-responsive functionality interface. Need to drive Millennial markets’ financial awareness.
  • Keeping top of mind of a first-time user. Open space and icon graphics.
  • No video medium existed.
