The Challenge
To expand Whitlock (AVI-SPL) Technology Adoption Services comprehensive learning solutions that support end-user engagement with various industry video conferencing tool user interfaces.
The Context & Mission
Managing TAS (Technology Adaption Services) as a creative leader in the management services global division, reworking new learning sources and strategies that needed implementation with the client’s brand identity and user conference applications such as Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Solotris, Mimo, etc, new functionality and UI look and feel. However, it posed a unique challenge: defining a new design and content creation strategy while simultaneously maintaining aesthetic affiliation with clients, directing programmers with UI and UX design principles, establishing post-production standards.

Explored instruction content details with signage variables with product placement. Provided branded and customized user instruction for Technical Runbook Manuals, Quick-Start Signage, and Video-On-Demand Training KPI metrics.

General walk-through and onsite visits to review video conference rooms and client's choice of user conference applications to ensure in-person training and customize instruction covers all user pain-points for the AV system.

Leveraging user pain points and capturing user-culture usability, maximizing the company’s worldwide global support to improve business communications and goals that advance from technology adoption challenges was needed. Expanding marketing services through the department at its forefront with elite clients with on-demand video training services, including contact-less QR promotions mobilizing user instruction materials and virtual conference training. Creating a platform of new services that upholds rigorous standards and evolving technology with the performance Whitlock (AVI-SPL) expects in all endeavors.
